legs.
WRITING:
It will only focus on the hand(forearm) that you are using to
write.
TYPING

Typing and clicking will get you good forearms(hands).
SITTING
STRAIGHT:
Gives you
fantastic upper and middle back muscles.
STANDING:
If are
holding some good weight you get a great overall body i.e., you get almost all
muscles. If you standing WITHOUT any weights then you get only calves and
quadriceps.
